Our confirmation emails are sent almost immediately after the order is processed (or at least within 2 or 3 minutes) so if it's been more than 10 minutes or so and you still don't see it in your inbox, it's probably not going to show up.
For most people, this can be remedied by checking your Spam folder - our receipt emails come from [email protected]. Make sure this email address can get past any spam filters.
If you've combed your Spam folder and you still don't see the confirmation email, send us an email at [email protected] and we'll help you get your order number. Please make sure to include your full name, your shipping address, and the email you placed the order with - we need this information to find your order in our records.
